The company started in 1988 with only a handful of commission sales, now 16 years later with experience second to none, the company has 8 employees, a considerable range of our own 'personalized plates' and a 35 million strong database covering new style, prefix and cherished personalized plates.
We have grown into a very well known family run business with offices located just outside Cannock, South Staffordshire. Our staff prides themselves in handling every transfer in an efficient and professional manner. Many of our customers have become friends so that much of our custom comes by way of recommendation.
For our credibility we are members of ALL trade governing bodies: CNDA (Cherished Numbers Dealers Asso) MIRAD (Members of the Institute of Registration Agents & Dealers) & RNC (Registration Number Club. FSB (Fed of Small Businesses).

Sue Carter ~ has been with the company since the early 90’s and for almost fifteen years has had the major task of data input to our computer system with 1,000's of registrations updated each week.
Sue also has vast experience in Sales, quotations and number valuations.

Lynne Palmer ~ has many skills specializing in customer care and is also very experienced in sales and the general cherished transfer process.
Lynne has more than 15 years experience within the personalized numbers trade. She always provides honest reliable advice and best possible solution in the unlikely event of any complications. This enables us to provide a speedy and professional transfer.

Dot McCarthy ~ is our senior administrator and controls our very busy admin department.
Dot ensures all our daily post is dealt with the same day in a highly
efficient manner. She is experienced in all aspects of the cherished
transfer procedure and ensures transfers progress from stage to stage
through to completion.

Russell Palmer ~ is our Office Manager who runs the sales office day to day. He is experienced in Sales, IT, Accounts and administration. He ensures the office team deal with both sales and transfers professionally and efficiently and assists with all aspects from the initial enquiry through to completion.
Russell attends all number plate Auctions on behalf of many clients
and for stock purchasing

Joanna Wilkes ~ Jo is the company secretary who spearheads the companies marketing and advertising as well as over seeing sales office procedures.
Jo has an array of skills including sales, administrative and accounting. Jo is very particular that the overall business is operated in the most efficient way possible to provide excellent service to all of our customers.
